Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All U.S.A. orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship at a flat, affordable rate.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Whisker Bros. ships only within the United States. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your beard gear. If you’re not satisfied, products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For open products, reach out — we’ll do our best to make things right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
