Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Whisker Brothers products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges: Need a different scent or product? Contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
