We want you to love your Whisker Brothers products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Exchanges: Need a different scent or product? Contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll make it right.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
